FilltheTruck.org is an initiative sponsored by Frame USA’s Monthly Charitable Gift Program for the Month of December. This is our Biggest Charitable Initiative ever and we need your help!
The concept is simple. We are going to fill a real semi-truck (53 Feet of space) with personal care items needed to help people that are struggling due to the terrible economy in Ohio that has caused over 10% unemployment and countless personal tragedies. With government resources strapped, individuals and companies must step up and help the people most in need.
All donations will go to The Healing Center, a wonderful resource in Springdale Ohio that provides people in need with a variety of services including supplying personal care items, clothing, food, job placement services, counseling and other needed items. Serving over 3000 people each month with over 40 different services with over 700 volunteers helping, The Healing Center represents hope to a growing number of people who don’t know where else to go.
We are raising donations to fill the truck. Even just basic things such as toilet paper, personal care items, winter clothing, and bedding can have a profound impact for those who are in need. The truck will be delivered to The Healing Center by Christmas and every dollar that is donated will go directly to buy needed items with absolutely no administrative costs.
